6% of Annual CTC

Note: All the charges are negotiable and discussed on case to case basis.
You have to pay our fees within 6 to 8 days from the date of billing.
Payment should be accepted via DD/Cheque or via internet banking NEFT/IMPS.
Our claim for the fee will be valid if the candidates join your organization within a period of 6 month from the date of interview.
Appointment letter/ joining letter should be routed through us.
Replacement period is valid for 60 days.
Payment Term for Candidate Pay-out
THE CLIENT will pay consulting fee to NGC, strictly within 30-35 days from the date of a candidate’s joining
If a candidate joins your company at the end of the month and salary payment date is on the 2nd week of each month. The company is obliged to pay to the consultancy fees for the number of days the candidate has worked. (Definition of days: Days means not only working days but it includes the leaves and holidays as well, for example if a candidate joins on 25th of April 2020 and he or she leaves the company on 12th May .2020 then it is considered that he or she worked for 17 days and resigned on 18 day).
If a hired candidate leaves the company within 10 days( i.e before of salary release) of his/ her date of joining then The Client will not be liable to pay his/her salary to the Consultancy .
